The amenities offered were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast was a delight, and the on-site fitness center was a refreshing bonus. The location was perfect, as it was in the heart of the city and close to multiple restaurants and shops. One more advantage was the warm and genuine service of the staff, who made me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay.
While the room was clean and well equipped, the mattress was uncomfortable, and I had trouble sleeping. the Wi-Fi system was outdated and required frequent re-login, which was inconvenient during my work-related tasks.

the hotel's location was perfect for anyone who loves skiing, with the gondola just a couple of minutes away. the breakfast was top-notch, with Swiss cheese, salami, bread, and yogurt to choose from. the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable, from providing us with an early check-in to driving us to the bus station on a rainy day.
The lighting in the room could have been better.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the cable car. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and making sure we had a great stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we appreciated the delicious breakfast every morning.
Couldn't stay longer.
